Laser Cutting Service.

The strength of a laser or electromagnetic radiation is used to cut materials of varying strength. This technology is specially used to quicken the production-line processes. The use of laser beams for industrial manufacturing applications are especially used in the molding of structural and/or piping material. Compared to mechanical cutting, laser cutting does not contaminate the material, due to lack of physical contact, the end results is excellent.

We offer laser cutting service for metals and non-metals, we are able to process metals like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, mild steel and EG plate, for non metals like acrylic, plywood, MDF board, veneer, Formica, laminate sheet and etc.

Materials that we do not laser cut: polyvinyl chloride/PVC (Emits chlorine gas when cut & prohibited by NEA for laser processing), polycarbonate(very bad cutting results), metal surface laminate (the metal fold on top of the laminate is not laserable).

Laser Engraving Service.

We offer laser engraving service in our service line up and the end results is excellent be it for texts, raster or photo engraving, the materials for non-metals that are able to engrave are acrylic, glass, laserable plastic (Gravoply), solid wood, plywood, MDF board and for metals are coated aluminum and metals using cermark solutions.

At here we use top of the range laser engraving machine from USA to ensure quality, precision and sharpness results always.

Standee Fabrication Service.

Here at Kmsun, acrylic standee/display fabrication are also one of our strong area, with years of experiences in the field doing it, we are able to fabricate and complete end products that often exceeded customers required deadline and expectations.

Also with help of laser cutting, the acrylic standee/display edges quality show excellent results.

Fiber Laser Marking Service.

Fiber laser technology is a relatively new technology for marking, we have acquired fiber laser systems recently to offer fiber laser marking on most metals in our line of services, the results are excellent and the marked texts/images are show high quality of sharpness with high clarity. The materials applicable range from stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, copper, gold, sliver & many more.

Beside marking on metals, it can mark on non-metals like black/white ABS, carbon fiber, polycarbonate, laserable plastic (Gravoply) and many others, the results are undoubtedly excellent too.

Fiber Laser Color Marking Service.

With our latest added special fiber laser marking system, we are able to color laser mark on stainless steel directly with colors, although currently only a few colors are available but we will add more colors as our engineers explore more on this system.

This is our continuous pursuit to explore more variety of value services to our existing and potential customers and we will continue to do so.

Acrylic Box-Up Fabrication Service.

We are also specialise in Acrylic Box-Up Fabrication, be it logo or lettering. The front face of the logo or lettering are process and cut using our laser machine & the side walls are carefully done up manually by our experienced craftmans.

We also laser cut the plywood logo and lettering in precision to be able to slot in to the inner back of the acrylic box-up to act as back support and also for customers to fix up led lightings on it.
